Search Queries
A name or place entered in a search box is sent to the outside company that operates that tool. The provider receives and processes the query under its own terms. Daviess County Criminal History does not keep a separate log of those search words.

Outside companies power the site's search boxes. Their privacy policies, retention schedules, and sharing rules apply to information entered there. Review the displayed provider's terms before sending a query because this policy does not control that company's systems.

Links may lead to Missouri courts, county offices, law-enforcement agencies, legal resources, and outside search services. Once a visitor follows one, the destination's privacy policy governs the new visit. Check that policy before providing personal data.
